A little new habit for 2017

So I just quickly wanted to share a new little habit, which you can incorporate into your daily rutines in 2017. Its basically just infused water. I always drink a bit glass of water as the first thing in the morning, but sometimes it can be so hard to get it down.

As I have decided to be ekstra good to myself this year, I thought why not make it a bit more delicious, so that I did. I squeezed half a lemon, half a lime, half an orange, a big handfull of fresh mint leaves and then I sliced up the other halfs of the citrusfruits and added aswell. This actually make me drink one liter in the morning, because after the first one, which is the strongest because of the juice, I just add more water. Its such a nice way of starting the day and your body will thank you for it. It also has a lot of health benefits,

Some articles does say, that its better to drink lemon with hot water in the morning, because the cold water can have a stressful effect on the body, but my body really seem to like it, as long as you dont force it down, and that was the feeling I had with just plain tapped water. As I mentioned above

It has so many benefits to have citrus fruits in the morning.

2// Lemons, limes etc. are high in vitamin c, which is essential for a healthy immune system.

3// Your skin gets better, vitamin c helps to excrete waste products, and as a result your skin will look more even.

These are just to mention a few benefits, but try it out, you can also add other things, this is just my favourite combo.
