Matcha latte & vegan breakfast muffins
The other day I made some really delicious breakfast muffins, and they where so easy and quick to make. They are vegan and also good for people on a paleo based diet. I used three main ingredients: two ripe bananas (its important they are ripe), one cup of chickpeas, and a scoop of almond butter. I also used a bit of cinnamon and cacaonips for more deliciousness. Then I just baked them for 25 minutes at 200 degrees. Perfect to take with you on the go, or as a snack filled with protein.
I also made a matcha latte, it’s a good alternative to coffee. I foamed some almondmilk and sweetened it with coconut syrup. So good!!
