I have been having some really good breakfasts lately; therefor I thought I would share some of them with you here on the blog. Both of them I eat on a weekly basis and they are so yummy! The first is just a papaya, filled with vanilla soy yoghurt, blueberries, strawberries and my own homemade granola. A very important step when you eat papaya, for me at least, is to squeeze a bit of lemon in it before the toppings, it gives a very nice taste.
The other breakfast is a classic, its a regular porridge, but I mixed it with macapowder, which is good for a bit more energy and then I always add cinnamon, because it stabilizes the blood sugar. On top I chopped a lot of delicious strawberries, added some blueberries, almonds, buckwheat, coconutsugar and a scoop of peanutbutter. I always eat porridge before work, because it keeps me full in an eternity.
I know there has been a lot of breakfast ideas lately, but its simply my favourite meal of the day, so I hope its okay with you guys. Maybe you could try one of them this sunday morning ??
